    Terrible Front Desk Service

    I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel, and it completely ruined my day. The woman working at the front desk, an older lady, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me properly or confirm my reservation in a courteous manner. Instead, she spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I wasn’t a paying customer.She also asked me invasive personal questions in an offensive tone and even complained about other customers right in front of me. I was polite and respectful throughout the interaction, but her attitude was completely unacceptable and left me feeling very unwelcome.As for the room, it was quite old, but considering the price, it was okay. The housekeeper did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and tidy, and the porter was very nice and hardworking, which I truly appreciated.That said, I’ve stayed in other budget hotels with far better customer service and room quality. There’s really no excuse for the lack of professionalism here. Unfortunately, the poor service at the front desk overshadowed everything else. I will not be staying here again, and I recommend others look elsewhere for a better experience.

    I stayed for 6 weeks in total and absolutely loved it. The staff were wonderful and the location is perfect… close to the BTS, the gym, laundry and a 7/11.Quiet and peaceful, but still close to the action. I found the room clean and spacious. Great hotel!

    Staying there for few weeks, I like it! The room is spacious with microwave. Clean and quiet, except the air-conditioner is a bit noisy occasionally (I suspect because I got the wrong remote control). Room keeping do the job properly, they clean and wipe everywhere. Though it is a bit walk from On Nut, it has Tuk Tuk service every hour. However, there is no washing machine facility here so either you have to walk few minutes to other place or you wash yourself. There is also a huge gym behind, less than 2 minutes walk!

    10-15 mins walk to On Nut BTS or hourly hotel tuk-tuk.Local area has many food options and 2 malls nearby.The room is very spacious. The in-room safe is difficult to use.Very quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.Just a bit further than I prefer but al in all, very nice. Will return.

    The hotel is clean and tidy with a proper lobby at the first floor and a cafe what serves meals. Each rooms has a balcony that you can do a bit exercise. Next door is a shop of the famous hard core gym the Muscle Factory where you can see muscle puffed guys walking around.
