    This was the second hotel I stayed in during a recent trip to Bangkok. Whilst not as attractive as our other hotel ( Quarter Ratchathewi), the location was arguably better. Khao San Road is feet away and is a lively, very safe area full of everything a tourist could want. Restaurants a plenty (including vegan) and a nice market area. The water taxis are available immediately opposite the hotel.The hotel itself is oppressively dark but equipped with the usual tourist comforts. The staff are lovely but breakfast was distinctly average. Despite this it’s a good option.

    Excellent value for money. The hotel is only a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of khao san road. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the facilities first class. Ive never ever had a jacuzzi in my bedroom before and was highly tempted to stay in it all night!! Lovely rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the city. Loved my short stay here, can't recommend enough.

    We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, in December 2025 and had a wonderful stay. Hotel was extremely quiet, within 5 minutes walk of Khoasan road area. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, we had a brilliant sleep. Breakfast was fantastic. Reception was extremely helpful and polite and the hotel is very close to the Royal Palace and The reclining Buddha temple.There is a good swimming pool on the 7th floor and a small gym. We paid around 2,200 Thai baht, only booked a few days in advance. I would definitely return to this hotel if I come to this area.

    We had a great stay at Chillax Heritage hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Everything about the hotel was good. The location is excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. The rooftop pool is good and the view of Bangkok, both at night and during the day is fantastic.
