  Good stay with family , affordable and relaxed environment.

  Location 4.0 In the silent , cozy atmosphere, our stay is excellent. A bit far ftom main room but free battery car transfer to anf fo saved it.Seven eleven store and other road side affordablw food options are in the soi 8. Good bars and restaurants are also jn the street.Room; 4.0We have a2 bed rooms serviced apartment which is spacious and full of amenities.Khitchenett is there. Microwave, toaster, fridge 2 doors, kettle.2 bath rooms , amenities are requested and served.Restaurent and breakfast 250 Baht3.0Varieties are limited.Pool and gym : we didnt have a chance to use.Self laundry service 120 baht on 7th floor; we didnt use it.   Excellent stay and a very pleasant surprise overall. We were upgraded to a 2-room Premier unit, which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a more relaxed Bangkok experience.What truly stood out was the attention to detail. The welcome setup, especially the handwritten letter, was a standout touch — something you would normally expect from a 5-star hotel. It made the stay feel personal and memorable.Service was consistently warm and attentive. Special thanks to Khun Jadet (General Manager), Khun Samak (Guest Service Manager), and Khun Boy at reception for their professionalism and hospitality throughout the stay.Breakfast was simple but good, and the complimentary laundry was a thoughtful and practical addition.Overall, excellent value and a great option if you want more space, comfort, and a personalized experience in Sukhumvit.   This property is an acceptable mid-range aparthotel that delivers on the basics while being honest about what it is—a no-frills serviced residence perfect for both short stays and extended visits. The property sits tucked away at the end of Soi 8, offering a peaceful retreat from Bangkok's chaos while keeping you close enough to walk to all the action. The rooms feel more like functional apartments than typical hotel rooms, complete with full kitchens that actually work. This isn't a luxury property trying to impress you with marble lobbies or fancy amenities—it's a practical, well-run aparthotel that understands what travelers actually need for comfortable urban living in Bangkok.LOCATION: The location is genuinely one of the property's biggest strengths. Soi 8 is a quiet residential street that runs perpendicular to Sukhumvit Road, which means you're about an 8-10 minute walk from Nana BTS station and the main thoroughfare. While some might see this as a negative, I found it perfect—far enough to escape the noise and congestion but close enough that everything is accessible. The walk down Soi 8 takes you past massage parlors, tailors, restaurants, and a couple of 7-Elevens, so you're never without options. DINE + DRINK: The breakfast includes juice, fruit, toast, and coffee, but don't expect anything spectacular. There's also a bar on the premises, though I didn't spend much time there.ROOM: We stayed in Room 601, which was a 2 BEDROOM apartment, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough to host a big family; VIEW: Random view of the street and cityscape; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: 2 Good sized bathrooms with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality toiletriesFACILITIES: A very worn-out gym with a basic range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines that are quite dated! The Pool was no big fancy place either. SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to NU from housekeeping for the wonderful floral decorations in the room, and MARK from the Front office for a very warm welcomeHOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good!   This hotel provides 24 hours Tuk tuk service to the alley of Sukhumvit 8 at the gate of BTS Nana station , using Line app or whatsapp for booking my ride. The hotel has restaurant/breakfast buffet at ground level. Room offers kitchenette with rlectric stoves, microwave oven, cooking utensils and electric kettle. Walking shower with hot/cold water, desk and chair for working are available. paking spaces are plenty at basement level. The neightbors are super quiet with walkway access to Benjakitti public park, via ECB church.   We spent 8 wonderful nights at this amazing hotel with my family during the first week of January and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We lacked nothing throughout our time here. The staff were exceptional, highly professional, friendly, and always eager to assist. Although I cant recall everyone's names, I would especially like to thank Jack, the Security Manager, the young boy who drives the tuk-tuk, the bartender, and the airport rep who assisted with our transfer to the hotel. You all did an outstanding job and made our stay even more memorable. The rooms are nice and well maintained by the amazing housekeeping team. The hotel is in an excellent location, peaceful and quiet, yet very close to major tourist attractions, a 7-Eleven, and money exchange centers.Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for families with small children.
