    Citrus is my go-to hotel in downtown BKK - While you have many options in the ever evolving metropolis and I have stayed at many different hotels over the years. For me it’s like a second home, the rooms are clean tidy bed super comfortable - The welcome back each time is amazing. Big shout out to Takky my lovely maid, always smiling and happy each day she makes a little artwork out of the towels and leaves on my bed, nothing better to come back to after a hard day in the BKK heat. Sit at the bar during happy hour shoot some pool and relax. Keep up the good work Citrus!

    Very Good, But Not ExcellentThe hotel is in a great location if you're traveling with friends, solo, or as a couple. However, it may not be the best choice for families, as there are many bars and nightlife venues nearby.The rooms are very nice—spacious, modern, well-decorated, and offer plenty of storage space. Everything feels relatively new. Unfortunately, maintenance and housekeeping standards need improvement. There was noticeable dust in several corners, and I found small spider webs and many spiders on the ceiling. I stayed in the Family Suite, which included bunk beds.The bathroom is large and well-equipped, with a bathtub, separate shower cubicle, and complimentary toiletries. But again very dusty. However, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the drains. The shower itself was installed at a very awkward height; anyone around 5'10" (178 cm) or taller may find it uncomfortable and may even need to crouch or sit while showering. Water pressure was also quite low.Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection of options.

    We had booked the family suite with bunk bed for family of 4 & the kids absolutely enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. Though the property is located in a busy area there was not much external noise in the room. Breakfast was also good. Overall it was a good experience. Highly recommended !     This hotel never disappoints, it’s always a pleasure to stay here! The rooms are large and spacious especially for a city hotel. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
