We love this place! Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is fabulous (spotlessly clean) . The hotel is in the area where everything is happening. We have stayed here 3 times over the years and will continue to come back! It is easy to reach the hotel and they have lifts to all the floors.

Noisy Location but it's OKAY

If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this property as it is located in a noisy area. Therefore, it may be better to choose an alternative location. However, this did not pose an issue for me, as I had easy access to the restaurant for meals and the property was conveniently close to tourist destinations. It is important to note that the room is not soundproof, so noise should be expected.

Losing a guest’s national ID card and being unable to recover it indicates a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility. It places an unnecessary burden on the guest and raises concerns about whether such incidents happen frequently without consequences. The lack of accountability among staff leads to a dismissive attitude, with employees responding indifferently and showing little willingness to assist. This also reflects a disregard for the importance of guests’ personal documents.

A good hotel at a good location but with small rooms

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a good choice overall. The location is bang in the middle of Khaosan road (this makes the rooms a bit noisy), with easy access to local attractions, dining, and public transportation. However, the rooms are on the smaller side, which may be a drawback for those traveling with a lot of luggage or seeking more space to unwind. Despite this, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and ready to assist. If you’re looking for a convenient spot to explore the city, this hotel is definitely worth considering!

Positives:Swimming pool on roof of the hotel is lovelyThe staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stayWiFi was very goodNegatives:Location - this hotel is on Khao San Road which makes sleep very difficult. Whilst extremely central, this is both a blessing and a curse as you can hear loud music until 2/3am every night. The rooms are dated - add about 25 years of wear and tear to the pictures - but clean and functional, although they are not cleaned every day, but once every 3 days or so. There is also no safe - you have to pay at reception to use a safety deposit box. Overall - 2 stars as there is better value out there.
