    Extremely overpriced for a low quality accomadation - not even worth 2 stars.

    Rubbish apartment, the owners are doing something shady with "Residence 187" because they are in the same building. The rooms are smelly because of drain sewage smells in the bathroom, furnishings/fixtures are as old as the hills, insects in the room, broken seals around wet areas, rotten floorboards, tv barely works, toilet hose leaks, washing machine leaves insane lint on all clothes (now need professional clean), dryer feature not working, cleaning only every 3 days. The toilet roll holder is also placed stupidly, so your bottom will hit it when you sit down. This place needs a significant renovation or reduce their prices to reflect the quality (maximum should be $20-$30 a night, this is lower quality than a hostel at less than 2 stars).

    Not very clean. If you want some warm water while showering you get 30sec hot water with 1-2 min wait between. Had a cockroach in our room. Kitchen is almost falling apart. Security is a dude on a bench outside a glass door. Lobby is closed for some reason I don’t know and check in is in one of the rooms.

    Noisy staff at night using phone with a loud message tone on. Constantly going off while people try to sleep. Put it on silent. What an absolute idiot. Complained to the staff but they did nothing. What kind of response is that?

    room quiet , clean , staff friendly . The location is nice as you have BTS at the beginning of the street . small problems with water but the room was exactly what I booked for . A small gym room and a nice swimming pool.

    The place is not a very far walk from Nana BTS and there is nothing much near it and not even the BTS Station, no family mart nearby. Unless you are looking for some sleezy bars to hangout.The apartment is decent for the price with 2 bedrooms. The drainage system is terrible as it took almost 30mins to drain out after a bath.Not taking into consideration of the neighborhood this place is still OK to stay.
