  Great stay. The hotel is conveniently located near 7-Eleven, Lotus, and the BTS, making it very easy to access.The hotel serves a variety of breakfast options, and the food tasted good. I would recommend this hotel for its breakfast and the excellent service provided by the waitresses.On the first day when we checked in, the bathroom drain was clogged. We informed the receptionist, and they immediately responded to fix the issue. The staff and receptionists were welcoming and humble.Luckily, they gave us an early check-in as we were very tired after landing, which was very relaxing for us.We didn’t have time to use the pool, but the pool view was nice.

  I’m a returning guest at this hotel for one simple reason: the location is unbeatable. It’s just a five‑minute walk to the BTS station, making it incredibly easy to explore Bangkok. The area around the hotel is also extremely convenient — the street has several 7‑Eleven stores, plenty of massage shops, and lots of great street food options right outside the door.One of the highlights of the hotel is the brilliant rooftop pool with stunning city views. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day out.RoomsThe rooms are generally spacious and comfortable. However, on this visit I was given a room that was quite smelly and not as clean as expected. Since I’ve stayed here before and always had good experiences, I didn’t make a big issue out of it, but it was disappointing compared to previous stays.BreakfastThe breakfast buffet is small, but the quality is excellent. There’s always a good mix of Asian dishes and classic options like eggs, so there’s something for everyone.Why I’ll ReturnDespite the room issue this time, I still really like this hotel. The location, the pool, and the overall convenience make it a great choice in Bangkok. I’ll definitely be returning — just hoping for a fresher room next time.   Had 2 nights here just last week, having previously stayed here for a week in January. Lovely hotel, we didn't use the pool or anything on this occasion though. The breakfast area was really busy and we were just about able to get a table, and the choice wasn't great.   This property is marketed as a 4-star hotel, but the experience aligns much more with a dated 3-star. The room was spacious, but extremely dark, which only emphasized the worn condition of the interiors. Wallpaper was partially torn in places, and some repairs were visibly sloppy. Even the mirrors had smudges or prints that made me question the overall cleanliness.The location sits in a very busy area, and the hotel attracts a constant flow of tour groups. Between the high foot traffic, the noise, and the paper-thin walls, it was difficult to get any meaningful rest. I could hear almost everything happening in the surrounding rooms and hallways.Overall, it’s functional if you just need a place to crash, but if you expect the quiet, cleanliness, and finish of a true 4-star stay, this hotel falls short.   They hotel is beautiful and clean, they staff and amazing and friendly, they go out of their way to help, especially with my partner being in a wheelchair, the food in the restaurant was beautiful. Down side bar closes at 10-30But what was really upset me was checking out, we were hit with a bill for DAMAGE, The so called damage to to a face towel with a little make up on it, a towel with a bit of false tan from my partner having her shower and I spilled a little drop of chocolate milk on a duvet cover, which they wanted nearly 2000 BAHT for about 50 euro, I haggled him down to 25, I'm just wondering why we were charged for all the other towels with tan on them, and all the pillowcases with fake tan on them, considering they change the bed daily, they lost out on a 2000 BAHT tips Nitchanon Limtrakul, แผนกบริการทั่วไป / บริการส่วนหน้า at De Prime Rang Nam, responded to this review Dear Mr. Tony M,Thank you very much for sharing your experience and for choosing to stay with us.
