Staying at The Diamond City Hotel, and wish I could rate 10 star...Staff are lovely, really make you feel welcome, they are like family. Ideal location, lovely hotel...Massive thank you, very highly recommended. We will be back ! 🙏🙏❤️❤️

I have booked 4 night but don't like hotel room because of it is not same that posted on website. I don't understand why I need to pay deposit money when I check it. I have already paid money for hotel room. The reception is beautiful but the hotel room has not fully lighting. Old building but not have full lighting. And they didn't support tooth brush and shoes that we need wear in the room and toilet. The shower gel is not good.

Staff is so friendly and very helpful, especially Jessica (night shift lady). When my urticaria flared up she offered to help me with medication it was so relieving! The place is very near to some fashion malls which is only 15mins away using tuktukrides or grab. The place is similarly giving Hongkong hostel vibes, plain buffet options(toast/eggs/sausages/butter&jam/some thai delicacies). Cleanliness is 3 out of 5, although given the place is a little bit old already but beautifully designed. The rooms and toilettes needs an upgrade.
