If I was travelling with a few good friends, this would be the hotel I would choose! As it’s exactly the right budget, location and ideal for people celebrating their birthday! Rich picking for restaurants, Rich pickings for location, Rich picking for onward adventure!

We are travelling with 2 kids the the room was clean and location acceptable only 10 minutes drive to main area, the guy so kind show us the way to bus station on our departure. On first 2 nights we stayed in one of the hotel in Sakuvith area, I can say this hotel provide better service.

The worst hotel experience in my life

The rooms are full of cockroaches and the stench is unbelievable. Their is so much noise on the corridor, the food is YUCK. But above all else.... I have never in my life encountered such a rude, unfriendly and bad mannered receptionist. She is a true example of what Thai people are not because damn Thai people really do know how to feel outsiders welcome. Everything about her is so ill mannered. My recommendation DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!! Go down the road to True Siam Hotel (500 Baht more but clean room, good food and excellent customer service)

You know, I don't like sharing bad comments especially for a USD 30 hotel .. But I feel that I should share with others as there are tons of USD 30 hotels in Bangkok that are actually decent and give you genuine service.I will start with how this hotel don't look like the the website. It already look very basic and standard on the website but do not expect too much from what you see. The AC, WI-FI non works ...The worst part, the reception staff are super rude. So much for the Thai smile friendly service I was hoping for . Their level or rudeness is unbelievable i feel like they are in the wrong industry.Thank God I only have to stay for 1 night here .The only hopeful for Thai genuine smile is the door man .. I hope he will get a job at another hotel that deserve his genuine service .SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY and BOOK ELSEWHERE .. there are thousand of choice in Bangkok !!!!

Budget hotel with poor quality food with Term&Conditions applied

The Staff is very rude. Very roughly replies to guest queries. From every guest they charge 500 Baht refundable security per room.Breakfast timing is only 7-10 with a lot of conditions , only one glass of juice for one person. Breakfast is same for 3 days. Chicken Ham , Sausges , Omlett Fried rice and noodles. Food Quality was really poor and almost 70% guests were Indian but food was not of standard. They dont have restaurant. Term n Conditions are mentioned in room and washroomsNo Electric Kettle and Drier room. for a couple only 2 small soaps.toothpaste is paid in hotel. AC temperature is fixed from their end. you can't change the temperature. It will take 2-3 hours for room to get chilled. In allover view this is only 3rd class 1 star property
