Location

The hotel is well-located in the Sathorn business area, enjoying views of the world-famous Chao Phraya River. It is next to the expressway leading to Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is 45 minutes’ drive from the hotel, and it also has its own Sky Bridge, providing easy access to the city centre by the Surasak BTS Sky train, which connects the hotel to other parts of the city.

Facility

The hotel has 4 lifts and features 390 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     The best service from staff, always checking to make sure I’m satisfied. Very beautiful views and food. Ticha & pum at sizzle cafe in the lobby are also very kind and make great matcha!

    Arrived at hotel & was welcomed by unfriendly & rude front desks. Room is very dated like 30 years ago. Bed is so uncomfortable, good that they still make it clean enough.

    e have stayed here veery time we travel to Bangkok, Thailand. We'.ve travelled since 2015 and always stay in the Executive level rooms, with Lounge Access. We absolutely love it as the food served during regular breakfast hours and cocktail hours is so very good. The staff and chef(s) are so hospitable and friendly. We always eat in the Glass house on the 5th floor. There is so much food to pick from and you will never be disappointed. During all of this time, we have never had one bad experience. The rooms are exceptionally clean and wonderful Hotel is connected to the BTS Sarasak. Concierge desk and front desk staff are very accommodating, welcoming, and friendly.
