    This place was far plusher than I was expecting, bordering almost on 5 star. The fittings and build quality of the room was top notch and all for AUD56 a night. I spent the first hour waiting for the punchline. The good news is it never arrived. The bed was divine and I slept like a log. The bathroom is also great - I've paid much moore for far less. Despite it's location in Arab Town, it was also whisper quiet at night. My only grumble was the gym has no weights machines which meant no workout. But other than that, I'd gladly stay again.

    I have stayed in many Hotels in Bangkok and this has now become my favourite one. For me the quality of the bedroom and especially comfort of the bed - as well as location, are the 2 most important things. When I stay in Bangkok I eat out so breakfast is not important to me. Same for Gym and Pool - I go to a local club. The rooms were super comfortable and the housekeepers do a great job. Reception staff and Porter all friendly and helpful. This is the Hotel that I will book in future.

    The only plus about this hotel is the staff and the location. The lobby smells very bad and the room was old and run down. The shower was clogged and smells bad. The bathrooms was dark so I couldn't shave. Will not be coming to this hotel again.We went out all day and when we came back in the evening the room was not cleaned.

    My friend booked a family suite and it was the best room i ever had in my life. the hotel is actually deserve to be recognize as 5 star if we're only gonna based on the quality. the room was huge. the bed was veryyyy comfortbale. the best sleep i had was in this hotel. pillows are veryt soft and smells good, and so the blanket and sheets. we had 2 bathroom and toilet which was realllyyyy spotless clean. the staffs at the receptions and the bellman are very good and accomodating. food at the restaurant is okay. not a lot of choices, but what can you expect in a 4 star hotel, tho food is good. too much arabs in this hotel. overall stay, veryy satisfied and happy.

    Very quiet place on busy area, do not ear anything from the room and that good in Bangkok. Service is fine and friendly. I do spend few nights and the only think i will remark but not complain, the bed sheet is too short, you may wake up on mattress.
