  Staffs Need Training in Hospitality

  This is my 5th or 6th time staying at this hotel and this time I have brought my school friend who visited Thailand for the first time. I prefer this hotel just because I can rent their smoking rooms and I can eat, sleep and smoke cigarettes in the same room. However, my friend checks out on 20th May while I will be staying a few more days. When he showed some interest in playing the bowling, I insisted him when I saw many guests are playing. He threw a bowling and one of the staffs (man) came to me stopping us saying the gaming room already shut down! I told him that everyone was still playing. He demanded 200 THB per bowling and I asked him whether he could give me receipts. He exclaimed that there was no receipt and we could not play! How disgusting a renowned hotel's staff could be where he was simply differenciating the nationalities of the look with other guests!!! Really disgusting staff he was and already complained to Mr. Saratul who works at the hospitlaity of the hotel.

  Ripped me off

  I admit I not I miss the old Grace hotel , it was kind of dirty always crazy things going on. Staff then was more helpful, and polite.Room service spilled a tray of food in my room which wasn’t a problem in itself. But I had to clean it up with a towel because no way to walk around. Next day I checked out they charged me 200 for a hand towel even though I didn’t make the mess. I should have just made them clean it but I thought no big deal. It was just fried rice. If o would have known they were going to charge me for cleaning up their mess I definitely would not have tried to help.I was late for the airplane or I would have continued to argue the fact. But they were telling security to stop my husband (who was only loading our luggage). Very rude, ripped me off.

  Worst Receptionist Ever!!!!

  Staying at this hotel for the second time and just checked-in around 2 hours back today, 1st February 2026.I have made reservations for two rooms, one for my mom and another for me. Paid a deposit of 2,000 Thai Baht while checking-in and 50% online for the whole stay.After coming to my room, I’ve called and requested laundry services since I’ve come from Kuala Lumpur.One of the lady colleagues from the receptions called me and mentioned she made a mistake not to take the rest 50%. I exclaimed that no issues, while I do down, I pay the rest.She insisted me to go down within 10-20 minutes. She called again and asked to go down while I mentioned I was working in the room, so please send someone or wait for a few more minutes until I am done with the work. She mentioned no one can come upstairs and I asked her to wait. She is not ready to wait or cannot send someone to take the payment!!!!She threatened me to cut the card access of my room!!!!! What a world of hospitality industry does it I don’t know.Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in…. And when I went down to pay, the lady did not even apologize, instead she said she was the one calling me.!!!!!!!!

  Im with my family in Thailand for a few days with my family, we have been shifting places like first we went to phuket , pattaya, and now final bangkok. But of all the hotels we stayed this hotel was the only hotel we experienced a bad service. We booked an room with extra double bed for my kids. When we checked the room after check in the room was so bad with cracked walls and door, among all we did'nt felt satisfied after paying so we went to reception to ask can we check out and change hotel, when we went they said they could give us another room and gave a key and said there is an extra double bed. We went to the room they gave us and when we checked we were shocked, cause the room was pretty nice but the double bed they said wasnt there, and we decided to stay here and said to the reception to add extra bed while we went outside for shopping, when we came back the bed wasnt there and when we asked they said they wont provide and we should sleep in the floor as they would give us an extra blanket. It was so bad among all we even found and empty coke bottle behind the sofa and the soap and dental kit was just for 1 person , we had to call them for more .And now my kids slept on the floor. Such a bad experience and they said we should pay extra 200 bht for the room we are staying even the room we are staying is smaller than the old one. I recommend everyone to go only after checking the room, and when paying pay only after checking the room.review rated on 23/12/2025

  We book a room and when we go to the room at night normally we go to room at night, because day time we spend outside the hotel, we can't sleep properly due rat 🐁, rat is inside our room very dirty room no properly cleaning and staff behavior is very rude, very bad experience our in this hotel
