Location

This international hotel enjoys an ideal setting located in the commercial and business district of Bangkok. While Asiatique The Riverfront, the largest night market in Asia is just 10 min from the hotel. The hotel is only 10 min from BTS Surasak Station. In addition, it is less than 1 km from the expressway, providing quick transfers to major areas of Bangkok. It is about 40 min by car from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and 30 min from Don Muang Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 4 lifts and features 48 suites and 208 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     I had a really positive stay at the Grand Howard Hotel in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and great city views that made it easy to relax after a long day.

    I recently stayed at the Grand Howard Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. The staff was helpful and the room met my expectations. The buffet was amazing! I would highly recommend The Grand Howard for a nice place to stay.

    This hotel is a great location, across from a shopping mall. The breakfast buffet is superb with international cuisine and lots of variety. We enjoyed our stay here very much! Only suggestion is a safe would have been nice, otherwise the rooms are spacious and nicely appointed! Great value for the price.

    The room was comfortable, however the doors closed very loudly which was a big disadvantage to a peaceful experience. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. There is a nice outdoor seating area. The pool was pretty, but cold. There was a nearby Seven Eleven which was convenient, but otherwise the location requires to you catch taxis to get to places.

    I reached Bangkok on Sept 30th around 7am. I never knew the hotel checkins were so strict in thailand. They told me to wait till 2pm. Imagine my plight where there was no lobby restroom in sight. I tried to do early check in and they said it will cost 800 bhat for that. Quite steep. Because I said for a large bed, they said I have to wait more. By the time, I checked in, I wasn't happy with the experience. I noticed this was consistent with all travellers. Sort of like torturing tourists in lobby. I saw all of them worn out in lobby and sleeping around 11 am. Ohh the upholstery was torn in the lobby. I saw it in one of the reviews. I wanted to ignore it. But since they made me wait in lobby before check in, I couldn't ignore it anymore. Anyways, a day or two later, I heard a lady screaming in thai & banging on someone's door on my floor at 3 am and 6 am. It was very uncomfortable and made me feel unsafe. I wanted to complain. But I was too tired to do so.The lady in concierge desk is very helpful. I loved the breakfast buffet. Cleaning staff was kind and helpful tooWill I stay here again? Not with such horrible check in torture.
