    I have stayed here 3 times over 15 years for a few weeks each time and it has become worse and worse.If your a single male wanting a one night pit stop a road away from the street action, its acceptable (JUST). The windows don't' seal so the noise from the street is very loud, if you look out a window be careful a rod from the old roman blinds does not poke you in the eye. There are weevils all over the place including on the bed.The walls are stained as are the ceilings.The lift door has no "stop" so don't get in the way.Building/renovation work is ongoing and I mean any time of day or night.I returned to my room to find my door frame had wet paint on it.Basically for a mouldy sink tap, chipped floors and old bath it's off my go to places.There are far far better deals to be had.There is a 100mm gap under evey room door so whatever your doing or someone else is doing you can hear it.There was no wifi one night. So that was it, no effort, no nothing, just the option to go into the lobby. Staff ok but having stayed 3 times over 15 years this hotel needs some major work considering what else is available.3/10 overall best look else where.

    Stayed in this hotel for the second time. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean as they are cleaned everyday.Location is very central not far from the BTS.Would definitely recommend this hotel.On our last day I bought all the staff biscuits, sweets ect.. so hope you enjoyed them all and we will be back soon. Thank you so much.

    I arrived very early@8. Lady at reception allowed me to go to a room. I was worried I'd ve to sip coffees till check in time. It is a nice quiet place which suits me. There are few facilities but loads of bars and food outlets nearby.Just a walk across to Nana Plaza and chaotic Nana Hotel if that is yout thing ! I stayed here before over 20 years ago and no work has been done it since ! Still in reasonable state and not expensive.No girls bother you as well so suitable for children.

    Great location, low prices for rooms, friendly staff, ancient hotel. While the rooms and bathroom are usable, a renovation for at least the bathroom will be desirable. Well, you get what you pay for, so it is an excellent choice as value for money especially if you want to be located near Nana Plaza and the Arab area of Bangkok.

    Stayed here many times. I can put aside ageing aspects of hotel and focus on friendliness of staff, huge rooms, wall to wall windows from waist height to ceiling, huge very comfortable bed and bathroom with bathtub. For the price +/- 1,000 baht ($33) it's best value in Bangkok. Very close to everything. Taxis passing the door. Skytrain 5 minutes walk. See you in December Grand Inn!
