    Hotel with all of the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay

    The room was clean and had all of the basic amenities we expected. The location is pretty convenient near Central Eastville. There’s also a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel. It’s also easy to get anywhere from this location because if the nearby tollway.

    The green point residence hotel is a very well priced option for staying in this part of Bangkok. Options in the restaurant are a little limited, but it is situated in between two shopping malls , that offer a real wide variety of food and shops.

    New Hotel, Nice and clean but a bit noisy

    Fairly new hotel, nice and clean.Pros• Clean and tidy• Comfortable bed• Good Restaurant, ate there both nights. • Friendly staff• Walking distance to large mall, Festival place East Ville, also Tesco Lotus which does a good breakfast for 59 baht inside the store.• Secure with key access to room, lift and stairs.Cons• Room has limited furniture, normal hotel wall units, but small table and one chair.• Hotel corridor echoed noise, so any late guests returning woke us up.• No English speaking TV channels

    Room= verry clean.Lobby= verry clean.Pool= verry clean.Fitness= verry good.House staff= verry good.Restaurant= not good.9/10.Coming back here in April .Only problem here is not easy to take taxi here.
