  They charged an additional fee to clean the bed sheets after checking out of the hotel.They charged 2,400 baht saying they had to clean two bed sheets and two towels.Charging that much just for washing is unreasonable.Everything else was good, but doing this at the end is not appropriate.

  Rooms were quite okay. We had a problem with the second door but the staff helped. There's a massage service available at an additional cost. The masseuse were very friendly and helpful. The staff are not fluent in english but they managed to understand us. Breakfast was nice, but not much variety for veg. The location is very very nice, right outside pratunam market, and the road had many food stalls and restaurants. But no parking facilities available. the road is very narrow and big cars will have a problem to drop your luggage.

  Hard to find but worth it

  My wife and I booked a Superior Room incl bfast for 4 nights in March for £151 via Expedia.We had requested a room on a higher floor and were given room 812 which consisted of a large room (with fridge, TV, kettle (no cups/supplies), desk, chair, plenty of storage), en-suite bathroom with shower/bath combo (2 bath towels (no hand towels), bathmat, soap dispenser, shower cap, toothbrushes) and small balcony (no furniture). Rather strangely, there was a large “window” between the bathroom and bedroom with a drop-down blind (in the bedroom) that could be lowered to give you privacy. The aircon, hairdryer and Wifi (code changed daily) worked well. There was a slight leak from the shower/bath (not enough to bother us). Despite overlooking the street, there was no noticeable noise. The room safe was free and two bottles of complimentary water were provided daily. Everything was clean and well-presented and housekeeping throughout our stay was good. The breakfast/restaurant/bar area was on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet selection was not big but good enough and offered western and asian items as well as fresh fruit, bread/toast, juice, tea and coffee. Dishes were quickly replenished when necessary. We had dinner in the restaurant on one occasion and 2 meals with 2 beers was less than 500 baht. The lobby area offered a water dispenser, tour desk and comfortable seating.The hotel was towards the end of a small alley-road and only 5 minutes walk from Ratchaparop Train Station using the shortcut. Pratunam Market and various Malls were a few minutes walk away and there was a 7-11 very close by. Overall, my wife and I thought the hotel was in an excellent location and provided good value for money. We had an enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel or staying here again if we are in the area. This review is based solely on my experience and I hope you have found it helpful.

  Hotel hidden among street vendors

  Our travel agent book this hotel for us. Everything was ready when we arrived. They require 200 baht as key deposit.Gusto Pratunum Hotel was hidden among very law quality shopping and low quality expensive street food area. The streets were so congested and crowded, further access to the hotel has problems with vehicles and also finding a parking space is very difficult, even difficult to walk along the road leading to the hotel.There was no coffee/tea service. However, 2 bottles of water provided. Free WiFi in the rooms and lobby but most of the time very slow. Water leak in the AC was promptly attended. Rooms were small but clean, Rooms are daily cleaned and also replace linen. Breakfast area is very small and every day they provide same very limited items.Tea available in the breakfast was absolutely trash. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
