    Very Disappointing Experience

    I must express my very disappointing experience in Thailand after 10 years. First of all, I would like to clarify that this is not a hotel but a residence, which is very misleading. When searching under the hotel category, this property appears, but it does not provide hotel-level services.There is no proper housekeeping service. Even to get a bottle of water, we had to wait until morning for staff to arrive. Breakfast is not a buffet; only set menus are available, and they are of poor quality and insufficient in portion size. Despite breakfast being included in the room rate, only one small meal is provided, and if you want more food, you are required to pay extra.There is only one woman handling all breakfast cooking, which causes long delays. On some days, we had to wait more than half an hour just to receive breakfast. If you plan to have breakfast here, please allow at least one hour.The bathroom does not have a proper door. Instead, there is only a curtain, which cannot be closed properly. Inside the bathroom, there are sliding doors for the shower and toilet, but those doors also do not close properly, resulting in a complete lack of privacy.The only positive aspect is that the room itself was clean. However, on some days, our towels were not changed, which is unacceptable.Overall, this experience was very disappointing and far below the expectations of a hotel stay.

    The location is perfect since everything seemed like a walk away from the malls. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Their room was spacious and complete with the necessary amenities that you would need for a very relaxing stay. Should you decide to stay here, look for Kirsty. She'll hook you up. Enjoy!     Stay away from this hotel

    Extremely disappointed with the hotel service and staff. When we were checking out, we were told that 2 spoons were missing from our room which confused us because we didn’t use the spoons in the room at all during our stay. We explained that the housekeeper might have forgotten to return it when she cleaned the day before as we were sure that we didn’t use it. The receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful with our situation as we explained that why would we steal the hotel spoons from our room. They made us pay 400 baht for the missing spoons we did not even use. Would not recommend.     Good location but not worth the price you pay

    The hotel was in an ideal location, walking distance from MBK centre and other shopping centres and close to a station. The room was a good size (Junior suite), however the bathroom bit was little worn down and slightly awkward for a family room. You could see the shower was not that clean. For the price paid for one night, I would expect a higher level of cleanliness.

    Front office staff should be trained better

    I just checked in and already have a bad experience. I could not really catch the front office staff's accent while checking in. When I asked again, she made a snarky comment. So unnecessary and what a bad start to our stay. I have never heard a front office staff spoken like that before. Lets see if the rest of the service improves over our stay. If not, they should do something to train their staff better. Had a great experience so far in Thailand with friendly people but this somewhat marred our experience.
