    Muay from the front desk was very patient and friendly during my check in process. She even walked me to the room to make sure i am satisfied.     We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok. The hotel is perfectly located right next to Chit Lom BTS station, opposite CentralWorld, and just steps from Gaysorn Village, Big C, and Platinum. The skywalks (R Walk) make it so easy to go anywhere without dealing with traffic or heat.The staff was genuinely nice and helpful from the start. They upgraded our room and the Front Office team even contacted and reserved a spa treatment for us. When we checked out, we asked the concierge to arrange our transportation and they promptly handled it.The room was very clean, comfortable, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was also nice with good variety.Everything about this hotel is convenient and well-managed. We would definitely stay here again!

    We visit Bangkok almost every year sometimes with the children, time permitting. And we choose to stay at Holiday Inn each time - truly unbeatable location, service, comfort.We brought our children this time as the younger one had just completed his uni degree.We had some extra pleasant surprises in June when we came back to our rooms after being out the whole day - I had a birthday surprise, while my son had a "graduation" congratulations one in the room he was sharing with other son. There was also a cake - the team at Holiday Inn really go above and beyond. In addition, to my surprise, some of the team at the breakfast cafe actually recognize us although we usually only visit once a year.
