    Amazing stay! The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to everything. The staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely cooperative throughout my stay. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is stylish, modern, and perfectly located in the heart of Bangkok. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered great city views.The staff, Mata and Manager on Duty, were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic places to relax after a busy day.I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying here again.

    I stayed at this hotel from 19 to 21 May. During my stay, I encountered several difficulties with the facilities and the check-out process. However, a front desk staff member named Inhay handled my concerns with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Despite being busy with many guests, she never lost her smile and addressed all my complaints and requests with patience, sincerity, and genuine dedication. I am truly grateful for her outstanding service.In contrast, my experience upon arrival on the evening of 19 May was deeply unpleasant. When I checked in very late that night, I was met with an extremely unwelcoming and high-handed attitude from four front desk staff members, including Jah and Rapeepan. I had clearly requested a 1 King Bed room at the time of booking, but they insisted that this was merely a preference and subject to availability. While I can accept that rooms are subject to availability, the issue is that the hotel's listing on Agoda did not clearly state this condition on the initial booking page. When I raised this concern and pointed out that the listing was misleading, all four staff members took turns pressuring me and insisting that they were correct. This is not an acceptable way to treat a guest.I have visited this hotel on multiple occasions, but this experience has left me with serious reservations about returning. The hotel's Agoda listing should clearly state the room conditions upfront. Guests should not be blamed for misunderstanding information that was ambiguously presented in the first place.That said, the professionalism and warmth demonstrated by front desk staff member Inhay stand in sharp contrast to the behaviour of her colleagues and reflect what genuine hospitality looks like.
