    I stayed here for one night, and everything was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed as every staff member greeted me with a friendly smile and was always willing to help.My room was located at the corner of the building and offered a beautiful view through the large windows. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I will stay here again for my next trip.

    Location is great. You can walk to skytrain station easily. The service is also outstanding! The staff were nice and helpful with the great service mind.

    We stayed here for one night, and things went smoothly- both check-in and check-out. My grandma enjoyed her time here so thats all that matters :)Their breakfast was nice as well, mixed between Thai and Japanese food. I’d recommend curry rice (if it’s not too heavy for you ofc)Ps. We reported that we smelled cigarette at our floor and they quickly handled the smell and also open the air purifier. For me, they tried their best.

    This hotel has to be one of the best experiences of my life.It deserves 6 stars We cut short our trip in Hua Hin and made a second reservation for 2 nights, this time in a club room. The hotel Ambassador Ms Botan explained about the Japanese Yukata which is provided for use in a club room but my sister and I didn’t know how to use it so Khun Botan explained and then arranged for the housekeeping executives to give a demonstration and dressed us in kimonos (complimentary) We were overwhelmed with their kindness and hospitality.Special thanks to the Housekeeping team Ms Ta and Ms. Aoy who worked hard to make us look authentic and kept our room in tip top condition. Nothing was missed, our room had a fantastic view and it was immaculate. Thanks also to Ms Mai from the club lounge who ensured our glasses were never empty and made our lounge experience an absolute joy.Breakfast was a feast and service was efficient and the staff, I can’t remember the guys name sorry but he was always smiling and took great care of us as did the lady who checked us into breakfast, in fact the whole team were fantastic.I can honestly say this hotel is worth every penny.We went to the mandarin oriental for dinner which wasn’t a great experience and we couldn’t wait to get back to Nikko.Thank you so very much we are already looking to return.

    I had the most wonderful afternoon tea at Hotel Nikko Bangkok, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. I booked everything last minute, and a huge thank you to Khun Botan for her incredible support and efficiency in making it all happen without any stress.Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the fantastic team at the Curve 55 lobby lounge. The service truly set this experience apart. A special shout-out to Jew and Gaff, whose service was simply excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring, ensuring every detail was perfect and making me feel like a truly valued guest.And of course, the afternoon tea set itself was a delight—a wonderful mix of savory and sweet treats beautifully presented. Served alongside a premium selection of Mariage Frères hot tea, it was a picture of sophistication. The seasonal menu is a perfect example of the hotel's blend of modern luxury and Japanese hospitality.If you're looking for a refined and relaxing afternoon in Bangkok, I cannot recommend the afternoon tea at Hotel Nikko Bangkok enough. Thank you again to Khun Botan, Jew, Gaff, and the entire team for a truly memorable visit. I will definitely be returning!
