Stayed here for 5 nights and had no problems could do with maintenance Espicially at the pool with floor boards sticking up and sun bed chairs broken. Generally a clean enough pool but small. Stayed for another 4 nights a different time and when booking it was advertised the pool was closed from the 19th got there on the 14th and the pool was closed. They did not inform us about this and when we complained they said it was from the bad weather which we were disappointed as only booked again for the pool area. The shower was also cold had to complain about this too. Over all an average hotel.

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Hyde Park Bangkok!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Hyde Park Bangkok! The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job in maintaining it. The rooms were spotless, and everything was well-organized.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok. Great service, cleanliness, and warm hospitality – I would definitely stay here again!

We have a very good experience at the hotel, the staff are nice they always smile and asking us for help. The location is very accessible to the malls and transportation. Its Highly recommended. the room always clean when we back from our tour.. we will book again next time.😊😊

One smelly hotel

Sewage smell in room and bathroom is permanent. Request to change room was denied. Building located in the middle of alley. No restaurant in building. Breakfast buffet is in another hotel located at the end of the alley. Only two parking visible right in front of building, blocking pathway. Booked 6 nights. Left after 2 nights cos smell was intolerable. Refund also denied. Staff has no professionalism.

The staffs there were nice and extremely helpful. The facitilies look a bit dated but they work well. The sliding glass door in the toilet is a bit weird and blocking the sink where the body wash and shampoo are. All and all, good value for the money.
