    Great location, helpful staff and breakfast was delicious. Great value for money. Lumpini park is 20min away on foot, good restaurants and 7/11 market are near.

    I stayed at I Residence Sathorn in November 2025 for ten days. I chose the hotel mainly for its location in Suan Phlu, which is great if you like having restaurants, cafes, a local market and relatively Nice area, average stayeasy access to BTS Sala Daeng and MRT Lumpini. As a digital nomad, I found the area very convenient.The staff were helpful and their English was good enough for basic requests. The room rate was affordable and the room itself was adequate for the price, with a comfortable kingsize bed.However, there were some issues. When I checked in, the room had not been cleaned very well. I found bottle caps left behind by a previous guest and the surfaces were not wiped properly. There were also small cockroaches running around, especially in the bathroom. When I informed the staff, they kindly offered to move me to a larger room on their highest floor, but I did not like the layout and did not want to stay on the top floor with the hotel having only one elevator. Since I had already paid, I ended up staying in my original room.If the hotel resolves the pest problem and improves the cleaning, I would consider staying again for the location alone.

    Cockroach in the hotel

    Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were full of cockroaches. We changed rooms twice, but every room had the same problem — cockroaches on the floor, on the walls, and even one crawled into my clothes that were on the chair.One morning we even found a big dead cockroach in the middle of the room.We couldn’t stop thinking about it during our stay and it completely ruined our trip.

    I stayed here for 4 nights, 3 nights in a superior room and 1 night in a junior suite. It is a comfortable hotel, good location, clean, lots of food around, big fridge. The staff are friendly and polite, ready to help, (( especially Khun Pui 07/03/68 )) from Mr.Tanakrit

    Tiny check-in lobby and unloading area. Fast elevator. Three Star rating is about right. Room was clean and functional. Poor lighting in the room. Hotel has few amenities but our room was well equipped. Nice balcony with great view on the 5th floor. Good breakfast. Beds and pillows are firm but good. Has safe and large closest. Drinking water provided. Close to 7-11.
