    Needs improvement. They’re undergoing new management and doing some construction so I do feel there will be big changes to the hotel. Location: it’s a great. Central to many things and it has a lot of restaurants and stores around it. It’s also close to all of the common attractions you’d want to visit in Bangkok. The train is also not too far away if you choose that mode of transport on your trip. The one issue with location is the traffic during rush hour. Be prepared to spend up to an hour to travel less than 1km during the busy times if you’re in a car. Service: everyone was kinda rude except for the ***. They always sounded annoyed and if we called for water sometimes they would say they’re charging and other times they wouldn’t. I couldn’t ever figure out what the policy was. The internet wasn’t working in one of our joint rooms and they claimed to fix my just connecting to the other room. We ended up having to insist they fix it since the tv also wasn’t working in that room and we had kids on the trip. Cleanliness: Needs A LOT of improvement. When we checked in, one of the rooms had poop on the toilet that hadn’t been flushed. How is that even possible? My room as a dead lady bug smeared on the wall of the bathroom with blood streaks and house keeping never cleaned it once. It was pretty obvious too, right my the toilet so you couldn’t miss it. We were there 3 nights and 4 days and called housekeeping every day and they still didn’t clean it. Comfort: Beds were comfy and pillows were soft. The shower water was actually hot and never ran out so that was a big win. Water pressure was an issue but I feel that’s true of most hotel and it wasn’t that bad. The room sizes are nice and big. We had booked the family room and it was advertised as almost a 2 bedroom suite but it turned out it was 2 connecting rooms. The space felt huge and we got 2 bathrooms so we weren’t complaining but if you have young kids the rooms might feel too far apart. Also they ask for a 4000 baht (~$115)cash deposit on arrival and won’t take USD. This was the last leg of our trip and we didn’t want to convert so much money as we wouldn’t get it back until we checked out and we didn’t want to feel forced to spend so much in a short time or loose some in reconverting back. We experienced this same thing in Chiang Mai and it always surprises me that they won’t charge our credit card as it’s just a lot of baht.     Value for money and kind staff

    It was a great experience. Great location, just 10 mins walk to the main road and BTS station. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, feel like 5 star service specially Restaurant staff that made my stay even better. Breakfast is standard and good. Room standard size nice and comfortable bed. Outside full of street food was delight and 7 11 nearby. Buggy service offered by hotel added bonus. Will come back again.     Poor service with bad information , Before I booked hotel room. I asked staff for early check in because of i treated with Bumrungrad Hospital and asked them can I checked in 11.00am. They said full of house. But first time said we will do the best way for me. So I requested for king bed and asked staff to confirmed first girl said(yes, can get it pls request on your booking) once check in day staff said in the pen on room availability. I request smoking room with balcony I got very small balcony and staff do not informed anything. That’s was terrible for me. I sick I cam Bumrungrad Hospital that’s why I choose this hotel. First time I thought to continue 2 more weeks but I had bad attitude with hotel staff and my room that’s back side.     Bad service, rude behavior, and extra hidden fees.

    The service at the hotel is poor, and the room is lacking basic amenities such as dish plates and a microwave. Additionally, the rooms are not cleaned, and they charge an extra 1,000 baht for used towels. The behavior of the staff is also quite unsatisfactory. I booked my stay through Booking.com based on positive reviews, but my experience upon arrival has been very disappointing.     Bad behavior

    This time is my second time at there. At the reception, that called Nantana, she has really bad behavior. She spoke rudely to us when we ask for some questions or requests every time. The other stuffs are so nice. I don’t want to come back again cuz of her.
