    We stayed here at the end of our Thailand holiday and we booked two rooms for our older children & ourselves. Our first preference was a hostel in another location that we stayed in 10 days earlier, but that was fully booked so we opted for this hotel. Unfortunately it was not up to the standard we had expected for the price we paid. The hotel itself is older and feels a little 'tired'. The pool area is fine - good for a cool off. Our sons used the gym which they enjoyed. Staff were kind.

    I didn’t stay in the hotel but I booked on 03/09/2025 and it’s showing free cancellation and I canceled after one hour as I changed my mind They took the all amount without any reason and they refunded back less amount after 2 days I called my bank they confirmed to me that hotel took all the amount and refund it back after 2 days but they deducted the vat and currency change fee it coast 30 AED not that much but I really feel so frustrated Not recommended this hotel they forced you to pay any how you will stay or not even if it’s free cancellation

    It is a real shame that such effective service and facilities don't correspond with their way to charge 1.000 baht as soon as you enter the hotel, as a deposit for the room card. But once you leave the hotel after 5 days (that was my case last june 2025), they never pay you back. After sending numerous emails to the Hotel managers, they give you lots of excuses and never get the money I paid for the deposit.I would never recommned this hotel for such tricky procedures. Imagine, hundreds of customers ripped off every month.Really BAD

    I had reservations for 5 nights but needed to leave after 3 nights because plans changed. The hotel manager refused to refund two nights like every other hotel does. The Doubletree across the street is a better option if your plans may change.
