    Everything about this property exceeded my expectations! The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated having a washer, microwave, stove, and a large fridge-perfect for a longer stay. Housekeeping was consistent and kept everything fresh and spotless.The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Jasmine Garden Au, Jew, and Aliya-they were incredibly helpful, kind, and their English was excellent, which made communication effortless.The food was 10/10, with so many delicious options to choose from each day. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish.

    ⸻We stayed at Jasmine Grande Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is great — most tourist attractions and shopping malls are just a 30-minute taxi ride away. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities provided. It was especially convenient to have a washing machine and a kitchenette in the room so we could cook if needed.There’s also a grocery store and a vending machine on the ground floor with a wide variety of drink options, available at all times — super convenient!They offer halal food options too, which was a big plus for us. The service was top notch — the staff were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile. A special thank you to the receptionist, AUM, who was very helpful during our check-in process and made everything smooth.Thank you for everything — we had a lovely stay!

    Horrible hotel. Book somewhere else!

    Horrendous. Don’t know HOW this is a 5 star hotel. Worst experience of my life and massively disappointed by what our agent booked. We ended up booking an alternative at extra cost (as we’d already paid for this). It’s miles away from the centre in a poor residential area with no restaurants.The only plus is the spacious suite size… but we didn’t need it. The rooms are below average, dated, smelly and grubby. They provided a welcome snack which we thought was kind until we realised that it was out of date. The pool is tiny and shallow - not like the photos and felt very depressing. You can’t go on the balconies and it feels very claustrophobic and dark in the rooms. DO NOT BOOK!!

    I had a fantastic stay at Jasmine Grande Residence with my family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location in Sukhumvit was perfect for accessing the city's attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers.

    This is true five star.nice staff.I went with my family. Nice food.nice apartment with two bedrooms.loved it.pool area is safe for kids and family. Dining also good.and staff excellent .best stay for anyone from any country. Good rates and value of money.i only spent £1180 for 14 days breakfast included for 3 people.2 bed flat safe and luxury
