    I stand there for one night, room was not too clean, smells bad. For one night it is enough. Price is so/so. I can recommend you for short stay only, not for vacation or holidays. In Kaset area are not too many guesthouses, so it is the reason why I choose this one.

    The room:The room was not very clean. The walls and ceiling had mold stains and the small balcony was really dirty! It hadn't been cleaned for months! The room had CableTV, hot shower and WiFI.Location:Since it's a 15-20 minute taxidrive from Bangkok centre you will get a great experience exploring the outskirts of Bangkok. We really enjoyed walking down the small streets and food here is rediciously cheap! Unfortunately if you seek a good night's sleep, this is not the place to stay. The road right next to Kaset Guest House is busy 24/7... If you want a room, find a room that isn't right next to the road. Staff:They speak no english and therefore we couldn't get much help trying to go to different places. The manager (I think) lives in a room located right next to the reception, and she spends her time in there. So if she's not at the counter when you arrive, don't use the bell on the counter - it's not working. You'll have to knock on her door.. Price:One night = 500B
