    Improve Wow what a great hotel and a lovely warm welcome from 'Aum'. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like old friends.     Best hotel I stayed at in Bangkok hands down. The residence rooms are so family friendly with a kitchen and washer dryer which was absolutely needed with our infant. The guest especially Mi was so accommodating when we checked in and offered an amazing upgrade for our stay. The entire staff was highly attentive. I would stay at the Kimpton again when I come back to Bangkok.     This is my family first choice hotel to stay in Bangkok. We had been coming back for so many times when we have vacation in Bangkok. Location is good, quiet and peaceful, atmosphere & vibe is definitely beyond my expectations. Every time check in the room there is always surprise for my little one. Rooms are spacious and clean.
