    In a convenient location away from the tourist areas, close to BTS which is a cheap way to travel.Taxi ranks, bus stops and BTS are less than 5 minutes walk away.In the street is a 24 hour seven eleven, a coffee shop and several small restaurants serving good quality food.Also close to the BTS (on both sides of the road) are a choice of restaurants and two good bars. The Shelter and October are both great places serving both food & drink.The room is extrememly clean, bed was very comfortable and sheets were changed frequently. Towels and toilet rolls replaced daily. The room had a balcony, wifi and air conditioning. There was also mini bar, coffee & tea making facilities, hair dryer and safety box.24 hour front desk with maintenance service & security. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, speaking in English & Thai.This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel and I highly recommended it to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet area away from the hustle & bustle but in a location with great transport links. Looking forward to staying here again :)

    My family and I enjoy coming to Bangkok during the New year. This year we come again and there is no doubt for the place to stay for 3 nights. Klean Residence is our first choice for it is very convenient to go to Bangkok downtown with BTS. Great hotel and staff supports :)

    Avoid because of the chickens!

    Too much chicken noise from the farm underneath this hotel. They don’t shut up!!!The hotel is pretty poor, needs some serious updating. Location isn’t that good either. It’s in the middle of a random street. One night out taxi dropped us by the main road and we had to walk to the hotel about ten minutes, we had never felt so unsafe in our whole lives. It was awful. The reception staff don’t speak much English, however they suddenly know how to speak English when they want you to pay for the room!!Breakfast is served in the parking lot!!!!!!!! There are 2 plastic chairs and a small table. They serve bread and tea. Hardly a breakfast for a hotel.Avoid!!!

    Had a wonderful stay at the Klean Residence Hotel while in Bangkok. The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the BTS Sky Train Station which links to all the major spots in Bangkok. The Seven Eleven Store is just a minutes walk from the Hotel.The staff was extremely polite and helpful, especially the Manager; Ms. Piya, who ensured that we have a pleasant stay. The Room was compact but had all the necessary amenities. The Breakfast Buffet was good.
