  Scammers.. I made a booking with them 3 months prior.. Less than 20hours before check in they cancelled the booking on me and then refused a refund. They then stopped answering emails.

  I stayed in this hostel for one night on March 27 and had to leave it at the airport from them. My order taxi was very late, and then the hotel employee ran out into the street to look for another passing taxi for me and arranged for a price. Thanks to her, I managed to get my flight. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but I am very grateful to her. The hostel itself is very clean and comfortable, I advise everyone

  Okay for budget travellers

  + price was OK + location was ok. not really in the middle of the action but in a sort of middle of everything (i.e. taking taxis to places is always getting you there within 10min id say)- no hot water in the shower ... - during our staythe hotel was fully booked by weird chinese tourists that neither say hello nor look at you - just to keep in mind if you come as a westerner and expect to meet some people - staff failed our checkin by telling us wrong times making us wait in the little lobby room for half an hour - not a social hostel at all - we had a room without windows - that sucked quite a bit - we were looking to stay at a hostel to meet people and literally just booked the most expensive (and best rated) one we could find for our dates. expecting some sort of more hotel level like place we were definitely disappointed especially because we wouldve paid more for a hotel if we didnt believe itd be easier to get to know people in a hostel. if youre on a budget you may evaluate this place differently but there is no way i can explain how this is rated above 9 on booking.com, a 6.7-7.x for budget travelling maybe

  Got a room with wife and daughter. Decent sized room with all I need. Good location, walking distance to MBK mall. There is a washing machine and dryer if you need to do laundry. The staff respond to email queries (prior to my arrival) very quickly. Some minor setbacks: Dont expect much from Breakfast - it is plain and simple, and can get a little noisy if your room is facing the road. Also, note that you need to climb up 2 floors via stairs, if you have heavy luggage or not very mobile - this place may not suit you.

  Hygiene level is super. The location is in the middle of central area by the BTS National Stadium can't get any closer but so quiet area. If you are regulary exercising, the running track is few meters away and right next door 24hr open gym. Right across the road, Rama 1, a wholesale type supermarket Tesco Lotus, and its next to it has a smaller allyway where many locals come to buy daily fresh goods and delicious meals.Dormitory booth was roomy, personal locker was secured by a key card inside own booth, the bed light brightness was easy to control by a remote, 4 electric outlets provided, above head shelf and one side of the bed area had spacious free spaces. The bed was so comfortable. And free 6 types coffee all day long. The staff were friendly and attentive as usually the way Thai people are. Recommended!
