    Terrible hotel and area do not come to this hotel

    Do not come to this hotel! Dirty, smelly. The staff here are so rude. No respect at all! To paying customers. It’s like the staff make a judgement of you when you walk in and decide there and then if they should be nice to you or not especially one of the women, bleach blonde hair can speak Thai and English she is not the first I heard about her. has the audacity to speak to people however she wants to be honest I do not know why she is working there let alone front of house. No body wants to see that attitude fix your attitude. If the manger cares about the business you need to find someone else. U shouldn’t be allowed to work with people because to approach people in a way you do is unquestionable. I stayed at this hotel a month and not one person here said hello to me. I got more respect in Starbucks, Watson and eve&boy then here

    In the last few years I often booked this hotel, and it’s really amazing.The rooms are pretty big, super clean and really comfortable.The staff is really amazing, and it what make me feel like I want to back again and again and again in this hotel.The last time I also spoke with the manager about a mistake I did with my reservation, and she solve my problem in no time.I would like to say thank you to all the people who work there, and I suggest to everyone to book this hotel to have an amazing experience

    Very Disappointing—Not Worthy of 4 Stars

    Le D’tel Bangkok was very disappointing for a hotel advertised as 4-star. The room and service felt below that standard, and the food experience was also underwhelming. Communication was difficult because staff spoke limited English, and the service didn’t feel very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

    Stayed here for the second year running. This hotel has everything you need for a short break in Bangkok. Great location, clean and friendly with a great range of breakfast options.

    Great hotel, bedding and towels changed everyday, room nice and clean with comfortable beds, powerful air con which was nice in this heat, staff very friendly and helpfull, quiet hotel despite being almost in city centre, great views from roof top pool, nice food and drinks at the bar, small restaurant on site serving delicious, homemade thai food, breakfast boring, but bit of everything for everyone, great location, close to all shops,bars, street food, markets,etc, we loved every minute at this hotel.
