  Decent apartment close to the Queen Sirikit Convention Center.

  The 2-bedroom apartment was of a good size, comfortable and had all the basic amenities. Located in a residential area of Sukhumvit, there is a short-cut to the QSNCC. It is a 25-minute walk to Sukhumvit Road but Grab, taxis and motorbikes are available. There will be more dining options as you approach Sukhumvit. But there is a large 7-11 just across the apartment. The big bedroom had a large bed and ensuite bathroom. No TV. The smaller room had a single bed, a desk and the bathroom just outside the door. Living and dining areas are of a fair size and comfortable. The big TV is limited to Thai channels only, but there are HDMI jacks for external connections. The kitchen had an induction stove, microwave oven and a regular ref. Best of all, there was daily housekeeping upon request.

  We book 1 family room and 1 regular room. We like here so much. Everything is ok. I love staying here.... the staffs are nice and very helpful. But I think the door at the toilet needs to be re painted.

  Sizable apartment in cheap price, but nothing else

  Like provides sizable apartment in pretty low price. My friend and I stayed at a 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms. So we both had a comfortable stay. Perhaps, you pay for what you get. The location of the hotel is not super convenience. It is over 15 minutes walk to the nearest train stations. It also takes you about 10 minutes to go the nearby convenient store or supermarket. Not ideal if you go to Bangkok for shopping. The hotel has a so-called swimming pool, but it is more like one that you will get if you stay in a private villa in Phuket or Samui for example. You can't really swim in that little pool. Besides, it is located near the parking area with no table or chairs for you to put your stuff and relax. I stayed there for 3 days but only used the pool once because of that.Staff are friendly but they are not very helpful to be honest. They haven't refill the toilet role; and there is one thing I find it quite unacceptable is that they only give you one key card no matter how many people you are together in the same apartment. As mentioned, I was traveling with my friend and we expected we will have two key card at least. But maybe this is a cheap hotel and they only gave us one. I guess it is a minor thing but it sure is inconvenient. I don't think I will stay there again in conclusion.

  Reasonable price in the centre of Bangkok

  I rent 2 bedroom apartment for my family in July-Aug time. The weather in Thailand was not at its extremes so walking to the nearby MRT is doable. It was not a pleasant walk. I wouldn't recommend walking around the area for more than 5 minutes in the summertime. The accommodation itself is lovely for the price. Clean and in good condition apart from a very hard mattress that gave my husband a bad back for the whole week.Housekeepers are very lovely, friendly, dedicated and very helpful. The receptionist is the different matter! Some of them have rather unwelcoming facial expression.The swimming pool is not very practical. It's right next to the car parking area, behind the reception with poor access path. The location of the swimming pool really a put-off factor and I don't see a single soul in their swimming pool throughout my entire stay (about 2 weeks). Anyhow, swimming is surely not the number -1 activity on the list when you stay in BK.Overall it was a comfortable stay.

  Excellent rooms but needs management improvement

  We visited this place and stayed from 10th May to 13th May 2018. The rooms are really good and the property is well maintained. PositivesWell maintained roomsThey provide utensils if you want to cook food yourself. The rooms do have hot plate which can be used for cooking.The location is excellent where you can also try some local food nearby.Swimming pool is good and clean but its a small pool.ConsWe were fined 300 baat for not maintaining the bath mat. First of it was not a bath mat but just a towel. Secondly the bath mat was white so its for sure that it might catch some color since we are going to wipe our legs. The issue was just some kind of blue color which would have gone after its wash. But the person at the reception insisted that the color wont go and you have to pay the fine. Really sad to see this kind of approach towards customers and to fine them for a mere small issue. i have attached the photo for all guest reference what the issue was.The other thing we noticed is that the staff is not that great to suggest customers tourist spots to visit.Also there is not staff at the reception between 12 pm till 9 am.
