    I have no..ZERO idea how one would rate this hotel below a four (4).respectfully, i see many cultures here and their idea of standards is paying $30 for a hotel room expecting the service and such of a $200 a night hotel. i have seen/experience this many times.first-the lobby. AC'd and comfortable the moment you walk in. check in was not issue. nice persons at the desk.the room could be like a high end hotel. a CALIFORNIA size and quality king bed. new AC. WIFI 'smoking fast and relaible. hot shower, good water pressure.i had a medical procedure here and was resting. quite for the most part. i even extended one day.7/11 and stree food like 150m away. i agree this is not in the "party" area in is somewhat near the airport. if for a 2- or 1-day layover. near perfect and i paid a whopping $25 for this beautiful room with a california king bed and new AC/ good wifi.5 starts.

    Nice room (and bathroom), very clean, big fridge. If you have to do near or at Kasetart University its fine. The breakfast is separate and for asian style ( so I can not really recommend it). Many food places around, as well as motorbike-taxis.

    I made reservation via Expedia itinerary 72748982582020!!This hotel like 2-3 stars, Security Deposit 1,000 THB. I arrived at hotel 10 am. Them didn't say welcome to our hotel. Just strange inform me check in time at 2pm. Otherwise will be charge!! Reception not nice is it!! So stressful about check in time! Should be inform that subject to room availability I can let's you check in!! Honestly staff here didn't training for devices mind!! Anyways not really happy anymore so disappointed about this hotel!!

    The worst accommodation I have ever seen! Couldn’t believe we were at the hotel we booked as it looks NOTHING like the photos at all!! Upon arrival check in staff were very rude and abrupt. We tried to take it on the chin as we’d had a long journey but when we went into our bathroom the shower was clogged with hair, tissue and grime as well as the sink being dirty. When asking for a refund because we wanted to check out we were told they wouldn’t issue one. Appalling service and hotel.

    Had 3 night stay here. We arrived from Bangkok airport to NOT be greeted at checkin by staff. Asked tersely for passport and Baht1,000 deposit. We didn't have cash so, offered credit card, which was declined. First time asked for deposit. Had travelled thru Vietnam and Cambodia prior to arriving in Thailand was never asked for a deposit. Staff spoke limited English. One lady, seemed to be the manager there, was not friendly. Felt like we were treated like 2 bit backpackers hell bent on partying hard and, we're in our 60s!!!!, asked for 2nd swipecard, they charge for this. So, from the start, vibe wasn't good at this hotel. Noisy every morning from 6am. Each floor has tiled corridors so, people walking or, trolleys from housekeepers moving along, created huge amounts of noise, not to mention continued slamming of guests doors. No face/hand towels, why not? Shampoo/Soap inadequate, breakfast terrible, sachet coffee, fruit, only 1 selection, come on guys, lift your game. We ended up going to the little cafe next to hotel, you can walk in from within the hotel. Good vibe, friendly couple running it, good food and coffee!!! We stayed 3 nights so, endured the same every day. Will never stay there again. Future guests be warned.
