    I have stayed at this hotel many times whenever I visit Bangkok, and it continues to be my preferred choice. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing.What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Every member of the team is consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make guests feel at home. Their warm hospitality and excellent service make each stay enjoyable and memorable.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and look forward to returning again on my next trip.

    Tang is very meticulous and ensures all our needs are well taken care of. Our couple room was well-prepared and even had a cake ready on the first day. She always greets us with a smile as well :)

    It was a remarkable experience! The hotel staff were truly hospitable. They did a surprise set up with towel art and cake during my birthday. The Hotel manager was so cordial and helpful.

    Always a convenient stay at either Ibis or Mercure Sukhumvit 24. This time, I stayed at Mercure, and the location is without a doubt one of the best. The hospitality was excellent , from the lobby and housekeeping teams to the staff at the lobby bar. The co-working space was also very useful during my stay. It is very convenient for both tourists and business travellers, and for me, this trip was a bit of both.

    I stayed here for almost a week. The room is spacious, clean, and looks exactly like the official photos. The housekeeping staff, Eve, even folded a towel into an elegant shape for me, which was so sweet! I really appreciated it. The reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming.The hotel is near the BTS station, and there is a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is so convenient.The swimming pool and breakfast are nice, too.
