  I booked 4 rooms at this hotel, the hotel so large, the room quite okey, the hotel just 10 min walk to pratunam market and platinum mall, be carefull with tuk tuk driver in front of hotel, few of them was a good guy but the others will give you high price knowing you are tourist, remember just 10 min walk to market use maps in your phone, the food stall beside hotsl so great cheap and delicious, but one thing i dissapointed, last day i book travel to hua hin and the tour leader didn’t come i can’t make a call to thai number cause i use my roaming data from my country so i asking help at the reception to call the tour guide number but the lady with eye glasses at reception put a bad face and say can’t make a call cause not thai number, i clearly say this is thai number just look and she with grumpy face say that she can’t make a call cause bla bla bla, come on just one call and just asking where our guide is so hard?

  Searched online and found this hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Nice from the outside, spacious on the inside. Staff friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very spacious hallaay and lobby. Good location. Walking distance to shopping places.

  I was there in Bangkok and found out Metro resort. Me and my friends Love this hotel, great staff service, very friendly and helpful ! Great location. Nice Dinner and Breakfast. Will be back in a near future in Bangkok!

  1st holiday trip to Bangkok, did not really feel friendly service - ask the smiley bellboy how long the hotel age but can not answer, Only location that benefit you for shopping within walking distance to pratunam market and Mall. Spacious room for 3* hotel. Poor room amenities no slipper, no tooth brush & paste, no tea bag (only coffee sachet with personal kettle), Safe several occasion locked, No lever found when the wash basin drain stopper closed) Only got limited International TV Ch. of 19 - many of them with no picture at all ? ask the lady at FO how many TV channel actually hotel got in one evening, never comeback with answer. The rest local thai TV program we don't understand. Buffet bfast has many option but don't match the taste except fruit and salad or bread with 1 jam selection only. During our stay we witnessed the old lady at concierge was sleeping during the day ?! Old building Hotel with inefficient space hall and not attractive design - not good option for us. Frankly - not recommended hotel to business and leisure travellers unless just location preference.RH1316

  We were looking fot a place to have dinner on Sunday. A friend of mine Jayashantha who worked at cinnamon lakeside told me to try there long feng restaurant.what a fine place.fabulous restaurant with lots of authentic Chinese cuisine whit flavours extremely wonderful the staff were well trained and professional.thanks long feng teem.
