    I had booked 2 apartments with them throw booking.com from 29 march to 31 march.On 25 of March I received an email that my booking is canceled,with no notice ,no explanation ,when I send them an email asking why s canceled and explain I didn’t request any cancelation,they just reply 'Your booking is already cancel'.So couple days before i had to search for a new place to book for a group of 8 people including 4 kids.I don't recommended them

    1. Old used bed linen on arrival The first night check-in, the bedlinen was obviously not new and with wrinkles on them. When asked to change rooms, the staff said there was no availability and could only change the next day2. No hot water in the shower After changing to a new room, I informed the receptionist that no hot water in the shower. After multiple attempts, and still NO HOT WATER, and the staff didn't try to change rooms again 3. Poor customer service When I informed the no hot water issue, the receptionist told me to wait in the room for the engineer to come to look into the issue in 30 mins 2 hours later, no engineer showed up and I went to the reception again, the receptionist appeared to be annoyed by it. And she INSISTED that I should wait for another 5-10 mins to go to the room with the engineer to fix it. I was already late to my agenda and 2 hours wasted.Outcome: The problem is not fixed, and waste of time 4. Noise issue (poor training)The wall is very thin. It was okay to hear the guest here and there. BUT 90% of the loudest noise is from the staff yelling at each other and running around

    Inconvenience location, residential area, no walking distance to any shop. Minimal room amenities, old room, lousy housekeeping. Lazy reception, not even willing to call taxi for us. Totally not worth.

    Been stayed in Montara over years, finally found it has fixed the sauna room and better tv signal reception. The roof top pool is a great place for relaxation during sizzling summer days. Rooms are in average standard, good water pressure for showering. Kitchenette and washing machine are good for longer stay.The only disappointment is the matress not comfort with bad support, seems it's the springless ones.

    Spent 4 nights here was really an awesome stay just the beds are EXTREMELY HARD, very uncomfortable.Tuk tuk to the nearest bts which is convenient. Stuff are very friendlyRooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels Close to restaurants Rooftop pool is awesome
