    Good hotel but I wouldn’t recommend

    Good location, lots of restaurants and a 7/11 nearby, and a short walk to Icon Siam. Large sized room and a/c is good. Friendly staff - always available to assist. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel though as I was on holiday and there’s no bar / restaurant area (although they don’t advertise one so my mistake) and the bed is really hard.

    + Excellent customer service + Mini fridge+ Travel amenities+ Complimentary bottled water, daily+ Elevator+ AC+ LocationPer GPS, the drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Naga Residence was approximately 40 min, not including traffic.

    The hotel is conveniently located near Iconsiam with a variety of delicious street eateries nearby. The closest MRT station is just 700 meters away, making it easy to explore the city. We booked two rooms for our family, and each room was cleaned daily with bottled water and other amenities provided. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the surrounding area felt incredibly safe. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bangkok.

    This was a great hotel. Good location, great service, good amenities. The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious and very quite. Of note, they don’t offer breakfast, but plenty of good options right outside the front door. Would book again if I was back in Bangkok.

    We booked this hotel because of the great reviews and somehow it didnt meet our expectations unfortunately.Room: we found it dusty and not clean enough and the plugs for phones were not fully working. There is an open door to the outside and heat and warm air comes through as it is not very well isolated. There is AC but it basically blows in your head if you are in bed because of the way it is positioned. There was no hot water which is okay as it is 40 degrees outside, but still if you would like to take warm shower its difficult. Also, the shower drainage is full and the water in the bathroom easily overflows.Location: very good and quiet overall,however isolation between the rooms is not good and you can easily hear the others. Bring earplugs.Service and personnel: Friendly and attempt to be helpfulAll in all having in mind the price it is good value for money, but as it was ranked as #20 in Bangkok we definitely expected something more. It could well be the problem was in our expectations, we should have looked better that it is just a 2 stars hotel.
