    What a horrible place! Entered the room and didn’t want to touch anything. Turned around and checked straight out. Not somewhere I’d recommend

    For my return to this hotel after 3 years (I have stayed there several times in the past), I am very disappointed with the reception given by the evening receptionist : not a nice person who got angry when I asked basic questions. Moreover, having booked and paid in advance via booking.com, I had requested in advance by email a room overlooking the skytrain: my 2 emails remained unanswered and on arrival I did not have the type of room I wanted. I will not go back to this hotel anymore !
