    Don't waste your money. Hostel quality at a higher price tag

    Unfortunately my room resembled a shabby backpackers hostel. There were stains on all the walls/ceiling, graffiti and stickers in the bathroom, zero noise proofing with doors slamming all night. Generally grimy and worn out. Booked for 4 nights and stayed 1 night- no refund of course. My wife is Thai and not fussy. She hated it too. Find something better and give it a miss

    Rubbish breakfast and expensive for what you get

    We got charged the equivalent of £44 a night in a deluxe room. The room has no option of a ceiling fan or air con , only air con. You can’t leave it on all night as too noisy so you sweat all night. You should have an option of both. The breakfast is terrible and there should be an option if you get charged or not! It has downhill but only bonus is that the area is nice.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Thailand. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, and the food was good.During my trip, I accidentally left my backpack on a bus, and the receptionist went above and beyond to assist me. She made several phone calls and did everything she could to help track it down. Thanks to her dedication and kindness, I was able to get my backpack back. I am forever grateful for her help, such a genuinely lovely person who truly cares about the guests.❤️❤️❤️🥰This level of service made my stay so much better and I would definitely stay here again. The location was also good.

    We arrived early 0530 met by a very professional friendly helpful young lady receptionist named Au she went out of her way to give us a room immediately even so early can't thank her enough a credit to the hotel

    FOREVER OUR GO-TO LODGING IN BANGKOK

    We've been staying here every time we pass through Bangkok, for many years. This last time, the guesthouse had undergone renovation, making it appear more like a hotel than a guesthouse. Really nice! Location is great: Wat Prakeow, Grand Palace, museums, river ferries, Khao San Road, local buses - all an easy walk away. Surprisingly quiet amid the bustle of Bangkok. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this place even if one is not a "budget" traveler. One small negative, though: breakfast fee used to be an option, which we never chose because we have restaurants we love in the area. Now it's automatically included in the room rate. And we were not overly impressed, especially with the Asian selections.
