    For day 1 ,I booked at NY city but they send us to cothai hotel because of Ny city is full. That’s non-sense and their staff are so rude.They didn’t say sorry and keep on tell us what is ur problem...

    I came to the Hotel for 14 Quarantine, the room and food are ok but the WIFI is a nightmare! I have online classes and could hardly attend them due the poor WIFI and most staff at the reception...

    We were moved from the heritage hotel for ASQ to this hotel, no explanation or reasons given. This hotel is okay, the food is alright, but the WiFi?? The worst WiFi in the world! No exaggeration...
