    The receptionist is very rude and is only interested in being on her phone all day. She also engages in bad gossip about customers. No cleaning service. Place is dirty. The receptionist problem has been there for the last 5 years. Location is ok.

    No WiFi​ spoils it.

    No WiFi. Also TV box cannot work without WiFi. No kettle to boil water for hot drinks. Otherwise the rest are alright. Lift, Air-con, hot water shower, fridge, reception, etc are all good. Location is good, 500m from Nana BTS and near to pubs, restaurants, convenience shops, hawkers and fast food chains.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been to 54 countries. Booked 2 deluxe 2 rooms but only had one available. Then I asked for taxi in the morning and lady very very rude.Don’t recommend at all. Horrible hotel and staff very very rude. Don’t recommend it

    I paid 20€ for 1x Night for this Hotel and the room had many cockroaches. I killed 6-7 cockroaches on the wall and in the bathroom before i lifted my sheets and saw two small cockroaches on the sheets. I went to the reception and told them and they wanted me to use bug-spay in a no-window room. This is unbelievable. So i told her i can not sleep in a room full of cockroaches and she said i can get my bags. For me that meant "yes you can leave and we will refund" but when i messaged the hotel a day later she just replied with "you checked-in". Even more unbelievable. This Hotel is a horrible and should be taken off of Booking.com!!!!!!!

    Very Good hotel, Nice rooms with Television and small balcony looking on to road, Good choice of food near buy, Very Nice staff, close to everything off Sukhumvit road,Good price.Lost wallet and returned to me, THANK YOU ORCHID INN.
