    This hotel is ideal for families or for any other type of travel. We stay 7 nights in january 2025. Of course, we made deep search before coming to Bangkok. Because there were not enough comments in tripadvisor. 1.Hotel met our expectations. Family room is big and comfortable. 2 rooms 2 bathroom 1 big saloon. We feel like re home. 2. Cleaner on 9th floor do her job like a bee. Rooms are very clean. 3. All hotel staff are very polite and do their best to help you. 4. Restaurant on the 6th floor are very clean. Chief and staff always very polite and do their best for your breakfast. We asked omlette and chief cooked very delicious omlette. It is mainly for asean kitchen. But u can find basic international food. 5. There are lotus and bangkapi shopping mall in 5 minutes walking distance. You can find mc donalds kfc etc. 6. Hotel is next to sky train connects you anywhere in bangkok7. Taxi to airports or historic areas are 300-400 baht. We used grap always. Taxi come in max 5 minutes. 8. There is a night market next to hotel. 1 kg mango: 30-40 baht. Fresh and cheap tropical fruits. 9. Please make early booking from web site that we did. You can save money and spend this for other things 10. Perfect holiday. We will come again for sure.     The staffs are extremely warm-hearted and helpful all the time. When I get trouble in calling taxi or suggestion on travel tips, they are all nicely and patient to help me through.     Great value for the price!

    Lovely staff and very nice rooms, however don't forget to request for a safe in your room as the first room I had did not have any and someone tried to break in the early morning, I have informed the staff who reacted quickly and gave me another room with a safe.     Budget Hotel…Budget Experience

    Overall you get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel and you will get a budget experience. The staff is very friendly but if you need a taxi we recommend going down 15 minutes early because it will take some time for them to get a taxi willing to take you most places in the city. The room was decently clean however we found several insects in the room…we suspect they came in through the vent in the bathroom but we would find at least one a day. The room service is very hit or miss. When it is available the Green Curry is excellent. We called on a few occasions during regular business hours and were told the restaurant was closed…after calling the front desk they restaurant would magically be open. We also had multiple issues on pricing we would be charged verses prices on the menu. Very frustrating. Overall the experience wasn’t bad but it we wouldn’t say it was good either. Just average.     What a nice place to stay

    We stayed here for two months. If you want to explore Thailand don't stay on Sukhumvit stay here in the suburbs with the people of Thailand, transportation is easy, just hop on the Klong boat across the street. The room is just as we wanted, hot shower with plenty of water pressure. The beds and linens are clean and and comfortable, 5 STAR. The staff at Pantip our fantastic! If you call and request anything, ANYTHING! It will be delivered to your door within minutes.
