Facility

194 apartments, 98 studios and 50 double rooms are located on 17 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Great experience, check in was suppose to be 2pm. But the staff POM managed to get us a room for an early check in at 9am. Amazing. Staff NU was also helpful with the luggages.     Bad experience from the start

    Location wise was about 5minutes walk from NaNa BTS. Booked directly from website indicating Studio Premier Suite with Twin Beds with bathtub and even indicated 2 Adults 1 Children but room given was king size bed without bathtub and only 2 towels given. Called to change and was given another room but the bathtub was bad till even my child does not even wanted to use it. Again only 2 set of towels given. And one of the towel given stinks. Breakfast wise was normal not that great. Would consider other hotel of same value if were to book nearby nana.     Good location, not too family environment outside due to huge number of massage parlours and pubs. Room size was okay without any balcony.Breakfast was good. Staff by name “Ya” was awesome.     The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Nana BTS station; but in a rather dodgy neighbourhood surrounded by girlie bars and swarmed by freelance ladies of the night after dark. The check in was slow and I was told that they were unable to give me the usual GHA Titanium double upgrade as they do not have my bed preference. I checked online and all room categories were available on the day of check in. My pre arrival request of a quiet high floor was not considered. The rooms were large, but rather soulless with hardly any deco. Toiletries were not replenished. The breakfast was rather underwhelming.I stayed at a number of Parkroyal properties in Asia and was never disappointed. But this one is more of a 3.5* standard than the usual 4.5*.     Not the fanciest Park Royal!

    PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok sits in an interesting position - it's a solid, practical hotel that delivers on the basics but shows its age in places. What struck me most during my stay was how the property manages to feel like a quiet sanctuary despite being steps away from one of Bangkok's busiest nightlife districts. The location on Sukhumvit Soi 6 puts you right in the heart of Nana, which means incredible convenience for getting around Bangkok via the BTS, but also means you're essentially staying behind the infamous Nana Plaza. The hotel makes this work by sitting slightly back from the main action - you get the location benefits without the noise bleeding into your room. The property feels decidedly dated in its décor and some facilities, but the spacious suite-style rooms with full kitchenettes and in-room washers make it genuinely appealing for longer stays. I'd call this a 3.5-star property masquerading as a 4-star - it's comfortable and functional, but don't expect luxury polish.LOCATION: The location is both the hotel's biggest selling point and its most controversial aspect. You're literally a 5-minute walk from Nana BTS station, which connects you to the entire city effortlessly. Terminal 21 shopping mall is one stop away, and major malls like CentralWorld, Emporium, and Siam Paragon are all easily accessible. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, and countless dining options surround you. The hotel even provides a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service to the BTS station every hour, which is a nice touch. However - and this is important - you're staying in the Nana entertainment district, which is heavy on nightlife and adult entertainment. If you're traveling with family or prefer quieter surroundings, this will matter. DINE + DRINK: The breakfast at Spice Brasserie is serviceable but nothing to write home about - it gets you fed and started for the day, but don't expect culinary excellence. The buffet spread offers a decent variety with eggs, noodle soup, pastries, and some Asian options, though vegetarian food lovers will find slim pickings. ROOM: We stayed in Room 905, which was a ONE-BEDROOM SUITE, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Barely any view, and the whole room felt a bit Dark!; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good-sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa-quality toiletriesFACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machinesSERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out toHOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good!
