Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this five-star hotel! The service was fantastic throughout our visit, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. Our room was wonderfully comfortable, and we really enjoyed the good-sized pool. The breakfast was superb, and the lounge was an excellent spot to unwind. We would absolutely return here next time. Two small pieces of constructive feedback for an otherwise flawless stay: it would have been a nice touch to be asked 'how was your stay?' at check-out, and having tea and coffee served directly to the table at breakfast would elevate the morning experience.
