  The worse hotel

  The room was awful dirty smelly and totally uncomfortable. The lift is at the first floor and is stopping between floors so you have to carry your bags on the steps and for me with 35 kg bag was awfully. I do not recommend this hotel, staff totally unprofessional

  I booked this establishment for 1 night by booking.com when i arrived they told me that they was fullybooked and surprisingly they didn’t work with Booking.com, i had my reservation confirmed and told me that i had to cancel it. It was 1 am, they didn’t give me any solution and charged me the advance. Nowadays they haven’t return me the money and I still waiting for a solution and explanations due to i was like a homeless trying to find another establishment in a street plenty of angry dogs which tried to attack me. An horrible experience that maybe could ruin your holidays. Receptionist literally was good-for-nothing people and their english level was really poor. 0 decisive and 0 professionals. SHAME.   Simple and convenient accommodation

  The hotel is incredibly convenient to get to from the airport. We took a short and pretty cheap taxi. The sheets and blanket had a few stains, but otherwise the space was clean.   room is old and stink, staffs not so well trained

  I booked one night at Plai Garden due to I have arrived Suvarnabhumi airort pretty late night. The hotel offers shuttle van service every hour (17:00-08:00) so I guess it was what I need.Even I confirmed my flight, emailed, and called, but I still need to wait. Just wonder if I am a foreigner with no mobile number, How can I get the driver to pick me up!?Staffs are not so well trained. They gave me a terrible room that I need to ask to change. The room I finally stayed is "Well, one time is enough" sort of.I hope I should have found another hotel.I would recommend this if you are very tight budget traveller or have a strong background of Thai style service.However, honestly, search for other option is my true recommendation.   Not even worth it, even with cheap price

  Hello,Believe it or not this is my first ever review on anything. I Just felt like, If someone can learn from not booking this hotel, I would be happy. I just checked out of the hotel after just walking in the room. There were stains on the bedsheet, bed bugs, dead bugs all over the place. I understand it's a budget hotel but the rooms were really dirty and nothing was done. The ceiling was tapering off. I did not even ask for the refund, not sure I would have got it or not. On the website it looked tottaly different.
