    Terrible customer service. Got very sick in Phuket wasnt able to fly messaged them asking the wave the cancellation fee and no sympathy whatsoever. If i just decided not to come I wouldn’t even dare to ask for a refund but because this was unexpected health condition i would expect more understanding from their side like i had more expenses on new flight tickets new accommodation in phuket etc.. thats a big no no for me

    This hostel was wonderful ! Intimate in the dorms and very cool atmosphere in the main rooms. Beds were super comfortable, loads of space for storage inside the « capsule » and also for your backpack in the room. Reception workers were super helpful and nice. Location is also great, not on a main road so you don’t have all the noise but still really easy to go anywhere. Many great restaurants and street food around.

    Great place right in the heart of the city walking distance to the river. Check out Jacks Bar right on the river for beer and food. If you buy anything at the hostel with a credit card, you must pay a minimum charge of 300,000 Bayt, even for a beer that costs 150,000 be careful travellers.

    Hostel was lovely,relaxed and a different vibe to the usuall ..... The building itself ,a theatre with some age to it provided space ...entertainment In the form of a play while I was there at least. The Area Bakrang was new to me,also a pleasant surprise,great local food,easy access to sky train etc......

    What a Terrible experience

    This place is the pits. The linen was not changed since the previous occupant the bed space floor was dirty. I complained to the hotel reception and the next day one staff just made the bed but did change the sheets as requested or clean the floor. There were no films shown in the four days I stayed there despite their website at the time of this review stating that films would be shown. At the breakfast I was told we could only have two slices of toast or I had to pay extra, they also had coffee but no tea when I explained that I had high blood pressure I was told that I would have to pay extra for tea.
