  There are windows but they don't open!

  The hotel is ideal except that the windows are locked and DON'T OPEN! Neither in the room nor in the bathroom. There is no ventilation, only the air conditioner. The receptionist told me that it's the hotel policy! They also couldn't send anyone to open the windows in my room because of... the hotel policy. The staff and the room were nice otherwise.So, if you need fresh air, I dont recommend this hotel. People can't breathe without oxygen, and the AC doesn't produce any oxygen.I had to check out a few hours after checking in because I realized I'll suffocate there if I stay all night. I asked for a refund (50% or at least 30%) but they refused.To the owner: If you'd like to give me a refund, you know my email address. My name's Olga.

  Prom Hotel is excellent value for money. It's very clean with very helpful staff from front desk to cleaning and parking! Great location for shopping outlets, and dining options. Nearby shopping complexes. Next to the Prom Hotel is a Big C Supermarket and Shopping Complex open until 10pm and also The Street Complex.So many places to go, from the Jodd Fair Night Market, walk a bit further to The Esplanade, Thailand Cultural Centre - MRT station is only a 4-minute walk. Then you reach Fortune Town IT Complex and across the road is Central Rama 9. Ratchadapisek Road entrance.From the hotel you can get a taxi to anywhere you want to go.This is a wonderful hotel base to stay for a trip, definitely recommend it.

  The hotel is very suitable for a 2 week stay. The hotel is located in the cozy Ratchada area near the metro station. The hotel has 2 towers - the Old building and the new building. If you need a Luxury room, I advise you to take it at a good discount for 7 nights in Tower A. There is a good breakfast! The pool is present and constantly maintained in a clean condition! Nearby is a large Big C store!

  Hotel is just beside the Big C extra supermarket. Walk 3 minutes to the thailand cultural center. The MRT station is just one stop from the central plaza rama 9, as well as the jodd fair, which is behind the rama 9 mall. There is food court and restaurants at big c supermarket. Please bring along your passport, as you can claim for VAT if you have spent above 2000 baht. Go to the customer service center at Big C, they will process the document and issue you with an invoice. Bring that invoice to the airport to claim your VAT refund.We booked standard and Suite room. Suite room is 40m2. Bathtub and separate standing shower. There is microwave and cutlery and plates within the room. The standard room is 22m2, comes with bathtub. Some are connecting room.The hotel as 3 towers. The lobby and breakfast area is at tower A (the older building). Deposit is 1000 baht. Do keep the receipt when check out, get back the deposit. The are many television channels, more than 100 channels. Wifi login 4 devices. But need to re-login each time. Hotel corridor is super hot, no on aircon. Hotel need room card to open door. One card used for elevator, one card use for opening room door. You cant take out the room key from the room card. You cant replace the elevator card with the room card. Each time you go out the room, there will be no electricity inside. Breakfast is at level 2 tower A. Each coupon allows you one set meal. From porridge, to burger, to sandwich, to sunny sides egg, to scrambled eggs. Each coupon cost 150 baht. You can have unlimited bread, fruits, and yogurt. From bangkok suvarnabhumi airport to the hotel, grab car price is 365 baht, including toll charges. The journey took 40 minutes with slight jam, but travelling on the highway.
