Location

This luxury hotel lies on Silom Road at the heart of Bangkok and links to the public transport network are to be found directly before the hotel. Many shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs lie just 200 m away and Chong Nonsi sky train station is 5 minutes walk away, providing access to Bangkok airport in just 45 minutes.

Facility

33 suites, 126 single rooms and 436 double rooms are located on 38 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    Most comfortable hotel.i have been staying this property for past 25 years and still maintains the same aura. The staff there is super friendly and warm. Special mentiont to Jehangir. And Minchaya and her team at the executive Club Lounge are super accomaditive and caring. Keep it up till.i see you next time

    Great stay at holiday inn Bangkok silom

    The is our third time staying in this hotel this year and it didn't disappoint. This hotel is located on vibrant Silom Road, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, supermarkets, massages, clubs, bars, and restaurants. As vegans, we really appreciated the number of vegan-friendly restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We stayed during Songkran water festival and the hotel is located in the heart of the festivities. This time we stayed on the 27 th floor. The room was spacious, cozy, modern, clean, and quiet, with great views of the Bangkok skyline and beautiful sunsets. Lighting was adequate, the air conditioning worked very well, and Wi-Fi connection was excellent throughout the property.The room was equipped with basic amenities, including a kettle, cups, utensils, instant coffee, tea bags, and bottled water which were restocked daily. There was also a small refrigerator, ironing board and iron, a safe, and a smart TV.The bed was very comfortable, with four pillows (two soft and two firm) and soft, clean linens. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and well stocked. Closet space with hangers was provided, and we were able to request additional hangers as needed. Storage was more than adequate for our one-month stay, with enough drawers and space to unpack comfortably. The room also had a small couch for relaxing and a desk with a comfortable chair for working.The bathroom included a separate full size bath tub and a large walk-in shower with two shower heads and good water pressure. Everything was clean, and basic amenities were provided daily, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothbrush, shower cap, shaving kit, and vanity kit. Slippers were available, and robes were provided upon request.Breakfast was buffet-style with a good variety, though vegan options were sometime limited. The executive chef and sous chef , however, were very accommodating and happily prepared vegan dishes such as tofu scramble, tofu and vegetable stir-fry, and chickpea scramble upon request. The waitstaff were extremely friendly and attentive. A special mention to Patcharin, who greeted us daily with such warmth that we felt like family.The doormen and security staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming and safe atmosphere. Special thanks to Yoyo, who consistently greeted us warmly and always took the time to ask about our day.The staff in the Executive Lounge were exceptional. Special thanks to Achariyaporn, Chananticha, Netdao, Russarin, Thunyaporn, and the chefs, who went above and beyond every evening to provide outstanding service along with delicious, nutritious, and creative vegan options.The hotel does not offer a self-service laundry facility, which would have been helpful for our longer stay. There are, however, several laundromats located within walking distance.The price is fair value for the location, amenities, and overall experience.Overall: this is a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service and solid amenities. We especially appreciated the warm, attentive staff and the convenience of the location.     Very good location! I stayed here for business and being right next to JTC saved me so much time. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean and quiet, which was perfect for resting after a long work day. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

    1. Water drainage wasn't proper; we bathed every day in ankle deep dirty water. 2. The shower door was leaking, and water was on the bathroom floor everywhere. 3. Bathtub drainage faucet was so loose that it was inoperable and came out in my hand. 4. The refrigerator was empty and there were no drinks or snacks available. 5. The food portions were very small and prices were pretty high. 6. The water tasted salty in the swimming pool, as a result of which my eyes used to hurt.
