  Very very bad customer service. The receptionist was very rude and cancelled our booking on the very last minute which made our traveling very stressful. I would not recommend this residence. Please do not trust this property. They left us hanging on a foreign land.

  Very comfortable and spacious rooms with a decent size balcony and some pretty decent views of the traditional Bangkok streets.Toiletries and towels are changed daily, nice little touch, rooms are very clean, although very slightly tired, (we did go out of season,and works had been started) self-service laundry facilities are available at the hotel, for 30 baht a go, you need your own washing powder, but very handy if travelling light,There are plenty of locations nearby to eat in and around the streets, and a 7/11 just a 5-minute walk away.This hotel is ideally located to visit most tourist spots around Bangkok. The underground is just a 10 minute walk, and being the blue line, it gets you near to most of the attractions, with the odd change, We choose mainly taxi journeys as it was half the time as the the trainAll in all, it's a very decent hotel and definitely worth the price

  Hotel is located deep inside an alley and you need to walk about 10mins to get to the main road. You will need to walk out to get a taxi as no taxis will drive in.Bed is rock hard and pillows are so thin. Basically a budget hotel and do not expect much. Skip it if you can.

  I found this residence by accident, and it was a great accident The rooms are just as described on their website ( I had to go and look to make sure they were not creating a false image Lol).Tge rooms are big containing a mini fridge should you wish to store produce , fruits and drinks Tge bathroom is a good size, water pressure is good and yes is an abundance of hot water. The staff does not speak much English except for Sarah, but at the end of the day I can practice my Thai ( rusty but improving).There is a washing machine available for use, should you wish to maintain a good appearance with less BO.Location is fantastic; you have a 10 minute walk to the Metro where you can go to the city centre or wherever you wish to explore. Along the way you will see there are lot of local restaurants,street foods markets and gyms.(Jitti Gym is my favorite, so I feel it is good to mention should anyone wish to learn Muay Thai)If you wish to use Grab Food for delivery it is also available. To sum it up in a nutshell, should you wish to have a longer stay in Bangkok, this is the place.

  พนักงานบริการที่ดีมาก โดยเฉพาะคุณทิพย์ senior staff at reception counter. เนื่องจากทริปนี้เป็นทริปสำคัญและจำกัดเวลาอย่างมาก ทำให้ทุกอย่างวุ่นวายและค่อนข้างเร่งรีบ แต่ด้วยความช่วยเหลือของพนักงานที่ทำให้ทริปนี้ง่ายมากขึ้น ชื่นชมคุณทิพย์ในการบริการที่เหนือขอบเขต แทนที่จะตอบว่า ‘ไม่มี’ แล้วจบ แต่คุณทิพย์ยังเสนอทางเลือกอื่น แนะนำทางเลือกอื่นเพื่อช่วยเหลือ ประทับใจมากค่ะ และคุณมน (ไม่แน่ใจว่าเขียนชื่อถูกไหม) พนักงานที่เช็คอินให้ ใจเย็นและให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วน. ในส่วนของที่พัก ห้องน่าอยู่ แต่ที่พักตั้งอยู่ค่อนข้างลึกจากถนนหลัก ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นยังสามารถเดินได้ แต่ไม่เหมาะสำหรับเดินในช่วงกลางคืน โดยรวม ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน ใกล้สนามบิน ของกิน ห้าง MRT อยู่ไม่ไกล พนักงานบริการดีมาก High Quality of Service as 5 star hotel
