Location

This hotel is situated on 14 acres of landscaped land directly by the Chao Rhraya River in the south of Bangkok. Hotel-owned boats ferry guests to the Skytrain stations, Taksin Bridge, the Oriental Pier and the River City Pier. With the sky train system, guests are able to reach the Silom and Sathorn areas within a few minutes where diverse shopping facilities may be found. Entertainment and business districts in the centre are just as easy to access.

Facility

The resort has 525 rooms, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the resort include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. At breakfast and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
