  As I am a regular guest, thai guest who always come to visit my house. This time was disappointed the room pricing has charges double while staying one person. I will never come back โรงแรมมีบริการน้อยมาก ราคาสูงแบบไม่มีเหตุผลดูแลลูกค้าประจำไม่เป็น ไม่น่าเข้าพักเลย

  A nice affordable Muslim hotel

  Have been staying here since 2017. A big room, WiFi, large tv set and quiet surroundings. Staff can speak Bahasa Melayu. Halal certified restaurant with affordable pricing. Regent is near to the Sirat highway, about 1 hour and 25 minutes drive to Pattaya. The upcoming Mrt line to Min Buri will be ready by 2023. A lot of food vendors near to the hotel and Big C Mall and Food lands are near. The Hua Mark night Market and Muslim restaurants are within driving distance. Highly recommended.

  I had arrived here on the the 08th of February, and ended up staying for just over three weeks. Excellent value for money, large rooms, plenty of fresh towels and complimentary two bottles of water every day after the room has been refreshed. The rooms appear pretty fresh and reasonably well maintained. The lobby is rather busy, and could perhaps need a bit of care - but all is clean and pretty tidy most of the time. Buses do park in the parking area across from the hotel and you can hear this from 6am onward as the drivers start up to get people moving and on the road again. ( also not the hotel's fault) The hotel is very conveniently located near a chain grocery stores, several street side food vendors, low key shopping, fast food joints, movie theaters , a few minutes walk away from the river boat transfers, almost 1.5km away from the university athletics track ( open at 5AM every morning) several buses passing in the main road, and about 2 to 3km away from the Ramkhamaeng MTR station ( that goes to Suvarnabum airport) and back. 20 Baht will get you on a bus from the hotel to the nearest train station stop.. LOTS AND LOTS OF ROADWORK at this point in time ( not the hotel's fault) so traffic does flow slower than usual. English is spoken but with great gaps of understanding for anything beyond the hotel field of reference Breakfast is served on site at a cost of 120Baht from 06h30 to about 10amWith a varied menu every day of the week, rice with a variety of pork free Oriental preferences and then the standard continental fare ( cereal, coffee, tea, juice and toast) Lunch and dinner is also served, and done so off menu. note: THIS IS A HALAAL HOTEL( and restaurant) , do NOT expect bacon / pork / alcohol on site, also not recommended to bring any related items into the hotel. No laundry AT the hotel, but there is a mini launderette ( about 10 meters off the hotel grounds 2x 10 Baht coins will get a load of 5kgs done in about an hour) Buy your own cleaning stuff at the shopping center across the road. The hotel does qualify as a 3star hotel by western standards, but I would personally define it as an ASIAN STYLE hotel. ( meaning the floor phone would ring from 06h30 for the cleaning crew that is on duty..) Wires that you would never see in an Western hotel, has been discreetly added and painted over in your own room, or elsewhere in the hotel. Things are done from a Thai perspective - which makes daily maintenance and upkeep easier. Think function over form. note - no carpets in the room, only synthetic flooring. your room will have a bar fridge and a kettle no iron in the roomsno ironing board either (not sure if the hotel will be able to provide this on request.. as I had bought my own.) every room has its own wifi ( codes in the room ) the hotel does offer room service ( not sure if there is any additional charges as I never used the service) The room does have a flat screen TV with several channels, Thai, Malaysian, Western etc. Each room does have a/c. Each room does also have a very small balcony, for the folks that need to light up, or hang their laundry to dry. ( a very small drying rack) NOTE - I got the impression this was a non smoking hotel.. there were several signs posted, but could not clearly say as this was posted in Thai or Malay only. the hotel is not wheelchair friendly.The elevator stops on a landing halfway BETWEEN floors... so if you stop on the 6th floor.. you can take the stairs up to the 7th or you can take the stairs down to the 6th.. the 8th floor (highest floor).. sorry folks.. you will need to climb six steps up to the 8th from the landing on the middle 7th. Views... none to fall in love with.. sorry.. Also.. as this is a suburb hotel, in an active community, you will hear traffic noise from about 4am onwards until at least 11pm at night.. the a/c thankfully droned most of that out.. The hotel does offer conference facilities, quite busy from what I could see, and where my course was held for the time I was staying as well.

  Hotel was in an unfavourable location. No breakfast provided, only a restaurant at the lobby area. No proper breakfast with toast, eggs, etc available. Breakfast ends at 10am but at 9.45am the cook already refused to prepare omelettes or scrambled eggs at his station. Horrible tasting instant coffee only provided. No gym or pool either.

  We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Very friendly and so generous. We left one of our bags in the taxi we rode to the hotel, the hotel staff went an extra mile to help locate the taxi and we were able to get our bag back. The hotel management even paid for the taxi fare to get our bag back. We were very thankful for their help. Room was spacious enough and food was also good. It’s just a bit far from the city center of Bangkok.
